▶badass: 주로 터프하고 과묵하며, 화를 잘 내지는 않지만, 한번 싸우면 초 스피드로 아작을 내고, 전통적으로 담배를 피우지만 꼭 다 그런 것은 아니고, 굳이 좋은 차를 타거나 옷을 입지 않아도 멋있는 남자를 의미하지만 여기선 적극적이고 기죽지 않는 Jules를 badass에 빗대어 좋은 의미
▶미국 slang에서 bad는 좋은 의미로 쓰이기도 함 좋은 차를 보고도 “That’s bad”라고 말하기도 함
